Boštjan Narat: “The Trains are Travelling Somewhere”

To date, singer-songwriter Boštjan Narat has produced two solo albums: No Need for Fear and The End of the World Always Arrives Unannounced. In recent years, he has dedicated himself to working in his main group Katalena, collaborating with singer Neca Falk, writing essays and columns, and hosting the show Panoptikum on RTV Slovenia. At the same time, in an unhurried and unburdened way, he has been creating new compositions. The concert at the Ljubljana Castle will be dedicated to the presentation of new material as well as a glimpse into the past. Above all, Narat will present himself in a new sonic image, as a good part of the concert will be shared with colleagues Blaž Celarc, a drummer with whom Narat collaborated on his second album, and jazz saxophonist Cene Resnik, who appears in Narat’s singer-songwriter story for the first time. New and known songs, a new sound and familiar sonic landscapes. For Boštjan Narat as a singer-songwriter, it still holds true: there is No Need for Fear because The End of the World Always Arrives Unannounced.
