For many years now, the Castle Courtyard has been transformed into a beautiful labyrinth of decorated Christmas trees, holiday lights, spectacular views, exciting events and fair offerings during the festive month of December. This year, the festive atmosphere will be felt for the first time at Easter, a holiday that combines the Christian tradition with ancient pagan customs of spring.
The Ljubljana Castle Easter Fair brings the spirit of spring to the festively decorated Castle Courtyard, with traditional Easter products from the festive gift line at Friderik’s stand, festive cuisine symbolising Easter, and a range drinks prepared in the Castle Wine Shop and the Castle Café Lolita.

In the case of bad weather, the catering offer from the Easter Fair will move to the Castle Café Lolita and the Castle Wine Bar and Shop, while the festive gift line will be available in the castle’s Friderik Souvenir Shop.
