Zlatko and the Optimists

Fifteen years ago, Zlatko, the Prince of Fužina, officially appeared on the Slovenian music scene with his first album, Svet je lep, and he still reigns over this scene today. He grew from a belligerent freestyler, into a Slovenian rap star. Thanks to his positive attitude and, of course, his rhyme-crafting skills, he has become extremely popular throughout Slovenia, especially in his native Ljubljana, which is often celebrated in his music.
At the Ljubljana Castle, he will present his energy, rhymes and goodwill with a diverse repertoire of songs from various albums (Svet je lep, Plečnikova roža, Julijan Mak, Žive naj vsi narodi, Svoboda, etc.).

The Ljubljana Castle Jazz Club is open from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Live music commences at 8.00 pm. On the day of the concert, tickets can be purchased at the Entrance Pavilion and the lower funicular station until 8.45 pm. The concert ticket includes a return journey on the funicular, which operates until 11.00 pm on the day of the concert.
