Imer Traja Brizani (February 3, 1958 in Priština) has been working as a composer since l. 1972. He began his musical career in Slovenia, initially as a bassist in popular music bands and later began to exercise his improvisational skills and talents in various genres, which are based on the broad integration of improvisation into the musical structure of compositions. Brizani is certainly one of the leading bass guitarists on the domestic and international jazz scene and has performed with the big names of jazz -
Jože Privšek to Peter Erskin.
Imer Traja Brizani surprises again and again with the fusion of two seemingly completely different, but essentially very related musical genres - Roma music and jazz. In addition to the temperamental rhythm, both have in common improvisation, which Brizani develops with his excellent musicians.

On the day of the concert, tickets can be purchased at the Entrance Pavilion and the lower funicular station until 8.45 pm.

the funicular railway is currently not running due to maintenance works. Instead there is a replacement bus service for the guests of the Jazz Club that runs every 30 minutes from Krekov trg station from 6.30 pm to 11 pm. Timetable at the link. Thank you for your understanding.
