We will have an opportunity to become familiar with the music generations of popular culture in the third realisation of the three-day music festival Castle Music, at which three well-known and popular rock bands will be presented: Miha Guštin-Gušti and Guests, Hamo & Tribute 2 Love, and Društvo mrtvih pesnikov.

The fact that the group Društvo mrtvih pesnikov (Dead Poets Society) is preparing a new album is no longer a secret. After the songs Pleši z mano and Na polju zlomljenih besed, recorded in Ljubljana’s Codelli Studio, DMP have announced that they will release three new singles this year. In many ways, this year’s first single Čip (za moj utrip) represents a continuation of the band’s distinctive emotional aesthetics, thus building upon the story of hits such as Ti si vse and Nebo nad Berlinom. The next single will be released in the summer, after which the band will return to the studio in August. In the autumn, they will present a new concert cycle, which will be premiered at the Ljubljana Castle.

Društvo mrtvih pesnikov is above all a live band, as evidenced by performances at which, with the full sound of their powerful songs, the musicians abandon themselves to the intimate fears and passions that they have shared with audiences for some 25 years.
