The band Fake Orchestra was founded in 1997 by Igor Leonardi and to a large extent works as a musical collective. Its more or less permanent members or regular guests are many Slovenian musicians of the highest class. Fake Orchestra is rooted in the tradition of jazz music and plays a wide variety of musical genres (Slovenian folk songs and world music...), often flavoring them with funk, rock, soul and Afrobeat elements. The group played at many venues in their homeland, and abroad they performed in Croatia and Italy, in New York, London, Vienna, Dublin, Cork, Budapest, Helsinki, Brussels, Prague, Istanbul, Belgrade, Venice, Berlin.
In 2009, the group was nominated for an award by the British world music magazine Songlines, in the "New comers" category.

On the day of the concert, tickets can be purchased at the Entrance Pavilion and the lower funicular station until 8.45 pm.
Dear Sir or Madam,
the funicular railway is currently not running due to maintenance works. Instead there is a replacement bus service for the guests of the Jazz Club that runs every 30 minutes from Krekov trg station from 6.30 pm to 11 pm. Timetable at the link. Thank you for your understanding.
The ticket includes bus transport.
