Ljubljana Castle Jazz Club presents the Slovenian group Matter, which blends trap and contemporary hip-hop with elements of melancholic poetry and alternative pop. After two sold-out summer concerts at Cankarjev dom, they are bringing their new album, *Blagor*, to the Ljubljana Castle Jazz Club, adding a special touch to the festive December season. Each of their albums marks a new milestone, and every concert offers a unique experience.
*Blagor* is the group’s first album released on a physical format: a limited-edition 10-inch vinyl record. The EP’s backing tracks are warm, drawing heavily on a landscape of jazz samples. Although Matter remain true to their roots as "block kids" who love to push boundaries, they also enjoy slowing down a bit from time to time. This time, Matter are no longer night-time predators unafraid to court danger and challenge limits; instead, they embody the comfort of an afternoon—a "café table" shared with close friends, open to everyone. As if the tension of Alpine housing estates has been entirely replaced by the inner calm of a gaze reflecting the afternoon sun on the surface of the sea or an Alpine lake. The era of youthful posturing has passed; the guys have scattered across the country, and their minds are—at least for now—at peace, no longer fueled by the question of how big their next hit will be.
The Ljubljana Castle Jazz Club is open from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Live music commences at 8.00 pm.

On the day of the concert, tickets can be purchased at the Entrance Pavilion and the lower funicular station until 8.45 pm. The concert ticket includes a return journey on the funicular, which operates until 11.00 pm on the day of the concert.
