Price list of additional technical equipment
Within the embrace of the castle’s walls and towers there is the inner space of the Castle Courtyard, which is suitable for various events. From history it is known that this space once served as the gathering point for the provincial noble army, as there was no space for this in the city.
During the prison period (1813–1945), the courtyard was used as a promenade area, where the prisoners took their daily “exercise” in the shade of the chestnut trees. There is an interplay between traces of the last renovation and the architectural forms of the gothic, baroque and prison periods, as well as modern interventions.
Today’s courtyard is a lively hub – a point from which there is entry to all of the interior spaces.
