Dragon's fest

Immerse yourself in a world where imagination becomes reality and reality becomes the fantastic kingdom of the dragon!

Unforgettable events will be ensured by excellent musicians and groups: Hladno Pivo, Elvis Jackson, Wacky Blues Professors, Avven, Los Ventilos, the winner of Špil Liga 2019 - Kiwi Flash, Fake Orchestra, HeaveniX and Sherzer Brigade. The programme also includes dance and acrobatic performances, interactive workshops and artistic performances suitable for all those who have not yet accepted that dragons are only a figment of the human imagination.

From 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, there will be a diverse culinary offer in the Castle Park (delicious burgers, craft beer from Loo Blah Nah, asian culinary delights, pancakes, slovenian dessert grmada, various selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks,…), ensuring that nobody’s stomach rumbles like a starving dragon.

All of this will be accompanied by fire shows that will take your breath away!

The Castle Hill will be on fire like never before!

Admission: Entrance to the Dragon Festival is free of charge, with the exception of the concert by Avven & Hladno pivo and Elvis Jackson & Wacky Blues Professors.

For viewing the remaining castle content, regular guided tours and events that are not part of the Dragon Festival, admission is charged according to the regular price list.

Due to the Saturday and Sunday events as part of the Dragon Festival, we recommend using one of the following options to come to the castle:
- the funicular railway, 
- the walking paths leading to the castle;
- the “Urban” electric train.
